PawWise is the place to ask the everyday questions that come with living with a pet: what to feed, how often to bathe, why your puppy will not stop chewing, what to expect in the first week with a rescue cat. Ask once, get answers from other pet parents, and find them again whenever you need them, instead of scrolling back through a chat group.
What you can do here
- Ask a question. Give it a clear title, add the details (age, breed, what you have already tried), and pick a topic. A photo is optional.
- Answer and reply. If you have been through the same thing, share what worked for you. You can reply to an answer to ask a follow-up.
- Mark answers helpful. One tap tells others which answers helped you. The most helpful answers rise to the top.
- Accept an answer. If you asked the question, you can accept the answer that solved it. The question then shows as Answered.
- Search and filter. Look up earlier questions by keyword, topic, species (dog, cat or other pet) and life stage (puppy or kitten, adult, senior). Use the Unanswered view to find questions that still need an answer.
Topics
Health, nutrition, grooming, behaviour, training, and first-time pet ownership. Not sure where your question fits? Pick the closest topic and describe it in the details.
Who it is for
New pet parents with a hundred small questions, experienced owners who like to help, and anyone who wants a reliable place to look things up. You do not need to post to benefit: everything here can be read and searched by anyone.
Community guidelines
- Answers here are shared experience, not veterinary advice. For anything urgent or serious, please see a registered veterinarian.
- Please do not recommend medicines or doses. It is fine to say what your own vet prescribed for your own pet, and to suggest that others ask their vet.
- Be kind and specific. Explain what worked and why, and be patient with beginners.
- If you recommend a product or service you own, work for, or benefit from, say so.
- No spam, no selling, and no personal details such as phone numbers or home addresses.
- See something inaccurate or unsafe? Use the Report button and the Saitrayaa team will take a look.
How it is looked after
The Saitrayaa team reviews reported questions and answers and may hold a new member’s first answer for approval, so it can take a little while to appear. Reported content that breaks the guidelines is removed.
PawWise is a community run by Saitrayaa. Members share their own experience; it is not a substitute for a consultation with a veterinarian.
